• Exchanges Only – Fresh Seals Matter!
  We’re happy to exchange your product, but only if they’re unopened and in their original condition. Once they’re open, they’re yours to enjoy! Think of it as us keeping that freshness sealed just for you.

• 14-Day Exchange Window – No Worries, No Rush
  If you change your mind, you’ve got 14 days from the day your salts arrive to reach out to us.

• How to Exchange – It’s as Easy as 1-2-3

  1. Shoot us a quick message at contact.movinwild@gmail.com with your order number and why you’d like to exchange.
  2. We’ll get back to you with all the info you need!
  3. Send the unopened salts back our way, and we’ll send you a fresh batch.

• Opened Items – Yours to Keep
  For hygiene reasons, once your product(s) have been opened, they’re non-exchangeable. No refunds, either – but trust us, you’re gonna love them too much to want to part with them anyway!

• Oops! Damaged or Defective?
  If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know within 7 days. We’ll get everything sorted so you can enjoy without a care.
